Meet Anisha Datta
Anisha Datta brings a strong professional foundation in collaborative project management, product ownership (CSPO certified), and advocacy, combining structured operational execution with compassionate family support.
Driven by a deep commitment to neurodiversity and empowering families with special needs, she became an Independent Facilitator to help participants exercise genuine self-determination and build customized, meaningful support systems.
She completed the state-aligned Essential Independent Facilitator training through the Guidelight Group, equipping her with specialized expertise in person-centered planning, individual budget certification, 12-month spending plans, and DDS / Regional Center compliance.
As Co-Founder of Beam and Dream LLC, she actively guides families through the California Self-Determination Program (SDP) transition from intake to full service implementation.

What is the Self-Determination Program?
California's Self-Determination Program (SDP) lets eligible individuals with developmental disabilities have more choice and control over how their regional center budget is used.
